REVOX - DISENFRANCHISED... ABOUT THE RECORDING
In todays market place there are countless Flute CD’s. Most of them sound the same borrowing from haunting melodies of faded memories of what is perceived to be an ancient lost civilizations.

DISENFRANCHISED is a CD that contains 13 incredible songs that portray an image of Contemporary Native America. According Rev “ These songs came to me as a gift to help me and hopeful others understand what it means to be a Native person today, not forgetting our past but rather pressing on into our future. Many of us have felt forgotten and abandon which has created a disconnect, a disenfranchised experience. My hope is that these songs may work like a medicine for the soul to help start the healing that so many of us long for”.
This CD has 13 completely original songs that where entrusted to Rev. After receiving these gifts Rev went to the studio and produced, engineered, and performed every instrument that was recorded. This is truly a unique recording due to the fact that only one person played all the tracks. It was from this experience that the project received its name “REVOX” which is the blending of the latin word for voice “VOX” and REV. This recording is truly Rev’s voice.
The REVOX PROJECT is available for live performance. The project can be performed with a full group or solo and therefore is adaptable to any event. This diversity has allowed the project to perform in venues such as the HARD ROCK CAFE, elementary schools, universities, community gatherings, corporate settings as well as private homes.
